The Kingspoint Club offers boat storage at the College Creek Boat Landing for Kingspoint Club resident members only. Storage racks can accommodate canoes, kayaks, or paddle-boards. Due to the demand for spots exceeding capacity, we conduct an annual lottery to assign slots.

To be considered for a boat slot you must be a resident member in good standing. There is no guarantee that you will retain your spot from one year to the next.

Boat Rack Rules:

• Members may store ONE canoe or TWO kayaks/paddle boards per spot. 

• This limit of two watercrafts per spot was created for the safety of all members. 

• Specific spots will be assigned and must be adhered to throughout the year. 

• Lower spots are reserved for members who require easy access to their boat due to special needs or age limitations.

• Residents are responsible for securing their boats. The Kingspoint Club is not responsible for lost or stolen property. 

• The Kingspoint Club reserves the right to remove a boat from the rack for the following reasons:

  • Boats are stored in an incorrect spot on the rack. 

  • Boats are stored in an unsafe manner.  

  • Boats are not owned by the Kingspoint Club member who is assigned the spot. 

• Boats may only be stored on the storage racks.

  • They may not be stored on the ground below or around the boat racks.

  • Boats stored on the ground make it hard to safely get to the boat racks.

  • They make it hard for our lawn care company to mow around the boat racks.

Dock and Boat Ramp Rules:

• The dock and boat ramp may be used by Club members at their own risk.

• Children must be supervised at all times by an adult while on or near the dock and bank of the creek.
