From the Board
Dear Kingspoint Club Members,
As we head into October, we are grateful for all the ways our neighbors continue to look out for one another and care for our community. We want to share two timely reminders as we begin the new month.
Election-Season Reminder
As election season approaches, we want to share a gentle reminder about a longstanding Kingspoint custom. Our community has traditionally refrained from displaying political yard signs. We recognize that our neighbors hold a wide range of strongly felt views, which they may express through voting, advocacy, and personal affiliations. Within our neighborhood, however, we have chosen to place a greater value on peaceful surroundings, the beauty of our community, and positive relationships with one another.
Because covenant provisions vary among different sections of Kingspoint, honoring this tradition depends largely on the goodwill and personal responsibility of each homeowner. Covenants represent commitments we make to our neighbors when we purchase our properties, and our community is strongest when we honor both the letter and the spirit of those promises. We respectfully ask all Kingspoint residents to continue this tradition by keeping political signs out of their yards during the upcoming election season. Thank you for helping Kingspoint remain a welcoming and neighborly place for everyone.
Help Us Reach Our Survey Goal
Thank you to the 85 households that have already completed our neighborhood survey! We are working toward a 70% participation goal, which means we still need 74 more responses. If your household has not yet participated, please take a few minutes to share your feedback by October 7. Your input will help guide future Club planning and decisions.
Complete the Kingspoint Community Vision and Input Survey.
Enjoy the cooler weather as we head into a beautiful season in our area!

Pool & Swim Team News
The Pool is officially closed for the season.
Facilities Updates & Volunteer Opportunities
Completed Projects: Joe & Linda Hertzler’s landscape company, Hertzler & George, donated grass seeding for the front lawn area by the clubhouse in September - thanks Joe!!! Also, Phan Landscaping trimmed back all the trees along the east side pool fence.
Upcoming Projects: Mark your calendars for November 8th from 2-5 PM for the Annual Fall Clean Up. More information to come in mid-October with a sign up sheet.
Dock Project Update: A small group recently met to review the dock blueprints and begin developing a project plan. Our first steps are to have Wilbur mark the locations of the new pilings and to obtain quotes for the necessary lumber and fasteners. The new dock will be raised approximately 12 to 14 inches to help protect it from high tides like those we experienced on September 23 and 24. Stay tuned for more information about the specific dock plans, project timeline and budget, and upcoming fundraising opportunities coming in mid-October.
Membership Updates & Community Growth
Share Your Time, Talents & Expertise with Kingspoint! One of Kingspoint's greatest resources is our neighbors! Whether you're handy with a hammer, great at planning events, have professional or trade expertise, or are simply willing to lend a hand from time to time, we'd love to know how you might be interested in helping.
We've created a quick Kingspoint Volunteer & Skills Form to help the Board build a list of neighbors we can reach out to when projects and opportunities come up. Adding your name doesn't commit you to anything. It simply lets us know you're open to being contacted when there's an opportunity that might be a good fit.
The form takes less than a minute to complete. Help us discover the incredible skills and talents we have right here in Kingspoint! Note: This is the same form linked at the end of the anonymous Vision & Input Survey.
Member Referral Rewards: Love Kingspoint Club? Tell a friend! One of the best ways to grow our Club is the way Kingspoint has always done things best: neighbor to neighbor. When you share what you love about the pool, the events, the clubhouse, the dock, the playground, or the community itself, it helps others see what makes this place so special.
Clubhouse, Facilities, & Waterfront
Clubhouse Rentals: Hosting a meeting? A birthday? A baby shower? A graduation? A retirement? A book club? A work function? We want to host your next event!
Our beautiful facility is available for rent and has the best rates in town.
Check out the Clubhouse Calendar(at the bottom) of the Clubhouse Page.
For more information or to rent the Clubhouse, contact Tara Peters at kpclubrentals@gmail.com.
Financial & Administrative Reminders
Next Board Meeting: The Board will be holding our monthly Board meeting on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 6:45 PM at the Clubhouse. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns or you would like to share your ideas at kppresidents@gmail.com.
