Renter memberships are available to Kingspoint renters who join the Club. Renter memberships include the following privileges: they may use the clubhouse, the pool, the deck and porch, the playground, the recreational greenspaces, the dock, the boat launch, and the boat rack storage facilities (for an extra fee); they are invited to attend Club-sponsored social events all year long; and they may rent the clubhouse for private functions at a discounted rental fee. Membership is $800 a year for Renter members. There is NO initiation fee or stock purchase fee for Renter members. Consequently, Renter members may NOT vote at the annual meeting in January. Renter memberships are non-transferable.
Annual membership is $825 including fees. To pay without a processing fee, send a check made out to Kingspoint Club, Inc. to PO Box 365, Williamsburg, VA, 23187. Contact the treasurer at KPWilliamsburg@gmail.com for other payment options.
