Resident One-Time Initiation Fee

There is a one time initiation fee or stock purchase fee of $500 for new Resident members. This share of stock gives its “shareholder” one vote at the annual meeting in January. Resident memberships do not transfer from one homeowner to the next when a home sells in the neighborhood.
